The hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by beautiful forest and just a stone's throw from the water. I was truly impressed with how friendly and accommodating the staff were, especially with the kids, and the food available throughout the day was delicious. However, the rooms could use some updates, and the wait for the cot upon our late-night arrival was frustrating. Overall, it’s a great family-friendly place, but not without its hiccups.
